Lost N Found AI mobile app was designed to help you organize and track your assets by making sure that they are returned in case they get lost. The way it works is actually quite simple:

1) Attach your tag to your item
2) Scan the tag and register an asset
3) If your asset gets found, we will let you know

Open the app and register a new personal account by providing a username, email address, and password. Alternatively, you can also register via Google, Apple, or Facebook. Agree to the Terms of Service and complete the registration process.

Also known as Home, it gives you instant access to all features of the app. When your asset has been found, we will notify you immediately and a new card will apperar on your dashboard. Dashboad also displays statistics on your assets, system notifications, and cards for order progress, notifications, and user groups.

It contains quick links to most important sections of the app: Home, My Assets, Tag Scanner, Buy Tags, Account

See a list of your registered assets, each displaying a primary image, title, description, and status. Tap on an asset for detailed information and options like edit, mark as lost, or delete.
You are able to search through your assets by using the built in search functionality. Search by asset title, description, and status.

Scan an unassigned tag to start the asset creation process.
It's recommended to tag your asset first with an unassigned tag and then register a new asset in the app.
You can upload up to 5 images per asset and the main image should also show the attached tag.
Enter asset information like asset title, description, and additional information. Upload up to 5 images, select a primary image, and confirm.
Review the asset before you register and confirm to create.

All you have to do is scan the tag and leave a message to the owner. We recommend using Lost N Found app to scan LnF Tags but you can also use your camera to scan in which case, you will have to communicate with the owner through text or email. 

Don't worry, we will notify you immediately if anyone scans it. Additionally, in "My Assets" screen you can change the status of the lost asset to "Lost" which will open up the messaging panel where you can leave a message to anyone who finds it.
If you find your lost asset, or it's been returned to you, scan it with the app or go to "My Assets" and mark it as returned to change its status to default.

Visit our store to buy new tags. If you use the same account as the one you used to register in the app, youcan track the progress of your order in your settings.
New tags are independent so you can also give them away to friends and family members so they can tag their own assets.

There are two ways to add your name to your asset. The first option is to order our tags which feature blank writable areas where you can manually write your name. The second option is to enable the "Additional Information" switch when creating or editing your asset. This provides an extra field for your name, which we will prominently display at the top of your asset when it's scanned.

Open your Account Settings using the bottom navigation bar. You can change your profile information, manage preferences and view your previous tag orders.
Access additional options by tapping on options icon (top right of the screen): "Dark Mode", "Guide", Contact Us", "Delete Account" and "Sign Out".

Navigate to "Profile" tab in your Account and scroll down until you see the field labeled "Password". Tap on it to open the modal where you follow instructions on how to change your password.
For security reason once you change your password, you will need to login again using your new password.
